The Construction History Society in the United Kingdom publishes the highly regarded refereed journal  Construction History.  Membership in CHSA includes a subscription to Construction History, which was first published in 1985 and is the leading international journal in its field.  Construction History enjoys a high reputation for the diversity, breadth and detail of its coverage.

 

The journal covers all aspects of construction history and recent papers have ranged from helical brick chimneys in Spain to industrialized building in modern Germany and from the use of monolithic limestone columns in Sicily to building insulation in early 20th century North American construction.

Each volume of around 150 pages contains up to six or seven illustrated papers by authoritative writers.
